We are seeking a motivated Marketing and E-Commerce Coordinator to manage the company’s digital product listings, support sales operations, assist with customer communication, and contribute to marketing and business development efforts. POSITION TYPE & LOCATION
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week (standard daytime business hours)
- Work Location: Paducah, KY (Lone Oak)
- Compensation: Starting pay is approximately $20 per hour, with the final rate commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- List and maintain product postings on Facebook Marketplace and other e-commerce platforms
- Assist with processing online orders and following up with customers
- Handle inbound sales-related phone calls and route leads to dealers
- Create online advertisements and assist with Google Ads campaigns
- Use Excel and/or Google Sheets to track inventory, materials, and associated costs
- Assist with general marketing efforts and business development initiatives
- Support daily administrative tasks and internal coordination
- Maintain organized records and ensure clear communication across teams
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team and business operations
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or sales support
- Familiarity with online selling platforms (Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Working knowledge with and basic understanding of marketing principles
- Highly organized and dependable with excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt as needed
PREFERRED TOOLS & SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
- Google Ads
- Facebook Marketplace
- Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Canva or basic graphic design tools
- Shed Suite or other e-commerce/inventory systems
- Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Drive, etc.)
